With the AMAI® application developed by Sulzer and in use at BMW, we were able to demonstrate in a practical way how IT service support and application management can be optimized with artificial intelligence.

Premiere AMAI® product video
The AMAI® product video then celebrated its premiere. In it, we specifically address current challenges – such as the complexity of modern IT landscapes. At the same time, we show how AMAI® and the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) create significant added value in IT service management. Finally, Vinzenz Pfannenstein (Product Owner – Predictive Analytics IT Service Management / BMW Group) names the concrete advantages of AMAI® from the company’s point of view.
With the product video, we raise awareness for the current problems in the area of IT service support and present AMAI® as a mature, innovative AI solution.

At the end of the presentation, Anton Sporrer answered the questions of the event participants. Our presence at the AI Network of the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce provided us with an excellent platform to engage in conversation with AI decision-makers from a wide variety of industries and to highlight our expertise in the field of artificial intelligence.
