Reporting & Cockpits

Harmonised Viewing and Control of Data

Apart from providing data, it is of the utmost importance to subsequently make it available in an appropriate form to the respective user group. This process takes place in so-called standard reports, dashboards (cockpits) and ad hoc reports. The standard report includes reports that can be automatically called up at a fixed time with a defined layout and made available to a specified group of people. Dashboards are used to support the management process and generally include a graphic presentation of key figures.

Ad hoc reports are primarily run by analysts, as they need information individually and very quickly. These requirements can also be met by Data Navigation tools.

Based on our many years of experience, our certified IT experts can support you throughout the entire life cycle of your reports. We offer a one-stop full service: Our range of services extends from consulting and concept development to implementation and integration, as well as comprehensive services, including operational support and maintenance. Our Expertise in SAP Reporting

BusinessObjects (BO) tools, a component of SAP reporting for many years, provide powerful tools for report generation, result distribution, visualisation and advanced analysis. Our certified IT professionals can specifically assist you with the planned use of the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) platform (SAP BO BI).

This means: Prior to deployment, we develop a detailed plan together with you to meet your requirements and combine the best possible portfolio of components – regardless of whether an initial installation, update to the latest SAP BO BI platform tools, or migration to your existing system landscape.

  • SAP Crystal Reports 2013 and Crystal Reports for Enterprise:
Permits the generation, provision and delivery of reports through to extremely complex diagnostic evaluations. Thanks to the options for pixel-accurate layout, reports can therefore be produced for operational users as well as for target group management.
  • SAP BO Web Intelligence 4.x:
Analysis tool for agile ad hoc queries and user-driven reporting, which requires a high degree of personal involvement in the reporting process and dashboarding.
  • SAP BO Design Studio:
Successor to XCelsius and the Bex Web Application Designer, which combines the benefits of both systems. Reports and dashboards can be produced using a graphic interface. Mobile devices are also supported thanks to report output in HTML5. Reports published on the web can therefore be used with, or without interactivity for ad hoc reporting.
