Best trainees for three years in a row – also top nationwide!

For the third year in a row: Sulzer GmbH once again provides the best trainee of the year in the field of IT for application development and the best in Germany!

A remarkable success story continues at Sulzer GmbH in Magdeburg: After Johannes Uhl (two years ago) and Mirjam Schüler (2022) were each named best apprentice of the year in the field of IT for application development in the Magdeburg district of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Anna-Maria Kopylowicz will receive this honor this year.

Her exceptional achievements will not only earn her regional recognition, but also a national award when the DIHK honors Germany’s best trainees in Berlin on 11 December 2023. This is because she achieved the best examination result compared to all other trainees in Germany in this field.

This impressive series of awards once again underlines the outstanding quality and effectiveness of the training programs at Sulzer GmbH. The award ceremony will take place next Saturday, 18.11.2023, in the Johanniskirche in Magdeburg, where both the talented apprentices and the company will be recognized for their contribution to vocational training.

These continuous successes are a clear sign of the excellence of our training, explains Matthias Sandhof, Head of the Sulzer branch in Magdeburg. We are immensely proud of our trainees and thank our dedicated trainers and supervisors who have made these successes possible.

Sulzer GmbH has established itself as the preferred choice for prospective IT specialists thanks to its practiceoriented and forwardlooking training approach. With innovative teaching methods and the integration of real projects, the company optimally prepares young talents for the challenges in the dynamic IT sector.
