We aim to recruit new specialists through targeted recruiting. During your stay in Magdeburg or Sofia, we offer you the opportunity to complete internships. In addition, our contacts give students the chance to find a job later on if they are suitably qualified.

This is a cooperation between the FDIBA of the Technical University of Sofia and the FIN of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, where students can obtain a double degree in computer science or business informatics.

Students can benefit from working with a multinational company, improve their career opportunities in Germany and Bulgaria, deepen their specialist knowledge, get to know the German culture and make valuable contacts.

For computer science students, the stay must comprise at least one semester and 30 credit points; for business informatics students, it is two semesters and at least 60 credit points.

The FDIBA-FIN program is funded by the DAAD. Students can receive monthly scholarships and a mobility allowance or apply for support under the ERASMUS mobility program.

Students have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of projects in the fields of computer science, business informatics and cloud technologies.

Sulzer works with a large number of national and international customers from various industries. The focus is on the automotive sector, the manufacturing industry and the insurance, production and logistics sectors.

Sulzer offers a mentoring program, networking support, Sulzer-internal training and permanent contacts.

After completing their internship, students have the opportunity to apply for jobs in various departments at Sulzer and Achala Sulzer – both in Germany and in Bulgaria. The chances of being taken on are very good if you are suitably qualified.

The international presence enables students to work in different cultural environments, improve their intercultural skills and build a global network.

The program is described as a valuable and rewarding experience that can lead to personal and professional growth.

The collaboration can give students access to the latest technologies and working methods. They also have the opportunity to participate in joint research projects and deepen their scientific skills.
